AND STILL I RISE, THADDEUS STEVENS COLLEGE OF TECHNOLOGY, CLASS OF 2023 GIFT, 2023

This mural was commissioned by the student class president for the class of 2023. Seniors were asked to share what aspects of their college experience were meaningful and what they might want to see in a mural in the residence hall. I synthesized their responses and came up with the concept of resilience and the importance of hands on learning. These students were greatly impacted by the Covid 19 pandemic and lockdown, so this mural was an effort to bring them together and end their college experience on a high note.
