CREATING CONNECTION, PENNSYLVANIA COLLEGE OF ART AND DESIGN CLASS OF 2030 ORIENTATION MURAL

Creating Connection is the third installation in a series of first-year orientation murals painted during PCA&D's incoming class welcome week. In collaboration with PCA&D's Student Life and Student Affairs team, we distribute a survey that asks incoming students what they think creativity looks like. I create a piece inspired by their input and then arrange a session for them to paint the mural. This year is the first year we are utilizing mural cloth to ensure accessibility and flexibility for student participation.
