2015-2016 MILLERSVILLE EMERGING ARTIST IN RESIDENCE EXHIBITION
oneliner (2016-ongoing)
Oneliner is an installation that encourages a conversation between people that menstruate.
The audience is invited to share one line on one liner that relates to their menstrual cycle.
One line that can educate or inform, purge or cleanse, bring joy or pause.
This is an opportunity to reclaim our narrative.
To acknowledge our leaky bodies, synched with the moon.
This is for those that drip rubies and have always wanted to
share the beauty of our monthly disposable paintings.
Menstrual products are also collected at installation sites and donated to local shelters. The images below are from the 2016 installation at Sunshine Art + Design in Lancaster, PA.
